2. Prints & Physical Products

Ordering & Fulfillment

• All items are made to order or produced in small intentional batches.

• Please allow 7–14 business days for production and fulfillment unless otherwise noted.

• Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the custom nature of prints and spiritually-infused items, all sales are final.

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number to initiate a replacement.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Product Use

• All products are for personal use only unless licensed otherwise.

• You may not resell, reproduce, or redistribute any print, artwork, or product without written permission.

Access & Benefits

• Membership benefits (digital downloads, community content, exclusive offers, etc.) are granted for the duration of your active membership.

• All content is the intellectual property of UndercoverAngel Mission and is for non-commercial personal use only.

Cancellation & Renewal

• Memberships renew automatically unless canceled prior to your billing date.

• You may cancel anytime through your account portal. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

Revocation of Access

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to membership content if there is misuse, disrespect, or violation of these terms or community standards.
